The baby bird

When she is 10 years old
當她十歲的時候

Her brother brought a baby bird home
她弟弟帶了一隻雛鳥回家

They tried to feed the baby bird which looked hungry
他們試著餵這隻看起來飢餓的雛鳥

Little by little, again and again
一點又一點, 一次又一次

The mouth of the baby bird still kept opening
雛鳥的嘴巴持續張開

Looked like it needed more food
牠看起來需要更多的食物

Then,

They kept feeding it

The skin of the baby bird's belly bulged with seeds

It still opened it's mouth,

Looked hungry

The face of the baby bird still looked so hungry
雛鳥的臉仍然看起來如此飢餓

The poor face made she and her brother couldn't stop feeding
可憐的臉龐使得她與她弟弟無法停止餵食

How can they stopped supporting such a cute animal
他們怎麼忍心停止扶持如此可愛的動物

Little by little, again and again
一點又一點, 一次又一次

They fed more and more quick
他們越餵越快

It's belly became more and more big
牠的胃變得越來越大

It's voice became more and more weak
牠的聲音變得越來越虛弱

suddenly,
突然間

The open mouth of the baby bird stopped singing any weak voice.
雛鳥張開的嘴巴停止叫出微弱的聲音

Finally,
終於

It seemed like not hungry anymore.
牠看起來像是再也不餓了

The baby bird just stopped there.
雛鳥就停在那裡

Never move anymore.
再也不動了
